This style of yoga emphasizes correct alignment of all parts of the body within each yoga pose. This precision builds strength, stamina, balance and flexibility, and a new sense of well-being.
The cost is $10 per class or 5 classes for $40 (all level class), and
$13 per class or 5 classes for $50 (Level 2 classes).
